Refund Policy

Demo mode: no payments are currently processed. This policy will apply once charging is enabled.
1. Right of withdrawal
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
2. How to request
Send an email via the contact page including:
- Email used for the purchase;
- Name of the guide;
- Order reference;
- Reason (optional, helps us improve).
3. Review and refund time
We review within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued within 10 business days via the same payment method.
4. Cases that may be denied
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase;
- Unauthorized commercial use of the content;
- Multiple requests from the same customer across different products with signs of abuse.
5. After the refund
Access to the refunded guide is revoked. Downloaded copies must be deleted as required by the Terms of Use.
