Delivery Policy

1. Digital products

All PawsGuide guides are 100% digital products (PDFs). There is no physical shipping.

2. How you receive them

1. Create your account on the site;
2. Confirm the guide you want;
3. Go to the "My account" area;
4. Download the PDF using the download button.

3. Timing

Delivery is instant after signup confirmation (or payment, when active). You also receive an email with the link.

4. Didn't receive your guide

If after 15 minutes the guide does not appear in your account:

• Check your email spam folder;
• Sign in and check the "My account" area;
• If it still doesn't appear, send us a message via the contact page.

5. Redownload

Guides remain available to download as many times as you like while your account is active.

6. Technical requirements

Any up-to-date browser and PDF reader (free options: Adobe Reader, Preview, Google Chrome).
